Mushrooms of the genus Ganoderma sp fruit in environments with temperatures between 16ºC and 32ºC and humidity between 85-95%. They are considered one of the most powerful mushrooms in traditional Chinese medicine. Introduced to the country through oriental culture due to their medicinal value.

The Ganoderma lucidum mushroom, also popularly known as the mushroom of immortality or the emperor's mushroom. Native to Asia and with sub-varieties found all over the world, this mushroom is considered to be the most important “herb” in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Its use has been recorded for over 2,000 years in Asian countries. It has therefore been widely researched, with many substances identified and tested. Ganoderma lucidum is a woody mushroom with a high lignin content, so it is not suitable for conventional cooking. Ganoderma is rich in polysaccharides, especially beta-glucans, and also contains triterpenes and other substances of great pharmacological interest. The best way is to use the mushroom as a whole, whether in the form of tea, capsules, tablets, syrups, liquid extract or powder. It is the combination of substances that gives the mushroom its balance and makes it so special that it is considered a miracle of nature.
